Indigo Deli brings to us this holiday season its classic European & French cooking demo workshops, an interactive session with Chef Tushar Deshpande, a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu London, who has had an enriching experience in the world of gastronomy and culinary arts and has also trained under Michelin star chefs.
The first workshop is scheduled on 24th April 2017, Monday and will have a 3-course classic French meal which includes dishes like – Chilled Summer Soup – Mashmelon & yoghurt with celery salt, Quinoa, Citrus Fruits & Candied Walnut Salad with in-house dressing, Saffron risotto with braised fennel, blistered cherry tomato, arugula & anise butter, Mulled wine braised Chicken Legs with roasted garlic mash & spiced jus and Blue Berry & Mint Soufflé with Rum Anglaise for dessert. And at the end, you eat all that you learn!
