Come July, Indigo Deli is excited to kick-start a week full of celebrations. Marking 12 strong years, it brings to you a specially handcrafted menu of 12 signature dishes by the twelve talented chefs of Indigo Deli. The menu will be available from 30th June to 6th of July, 2017 at all Indigo Deli outlets and then as a stand-alone dish in the chef’s respective store.
Launched in 2005, Indigo Deli defined the quintessential Deli experience in India. With the use of local sustainable produce and an array of cooking techniques – each Deli is supervised by a skilled Chef, known for serving great hearty meals. The Delis are also known for their ever changing day specials menu which is a blank canvas on which the in-house chef experiments and showcases his special dishes, on the basis of the ingredients available during that season.
So tuck into some of the best Deli Classics reinvented by #theDeli12. Choose from soups like Caramelized onions & water chestnuts with chestnut pistou & rye croutons or the Deli mud crab bisque, with crab quenelle & truffle drizzle. Move on and indulge in the delicious Detox beets & limes with herb labneh salad or Ham, poached egg & bagel salad, appetizers like the Mushroom & apricot stuffed cottage cheese rolls orDeli frito misto with mango chilli sauce& raw papaya salad. The popular sandwich section consists of the Charred peach & brie with caramelized onions and D’Deli Shrimp Sub. The mains include, the Many mushroom and spinach wellington or Ravioli of roasted butter nut squash, shallots, and mascarpone or the Pelmini of confit beets and peas, saffron and walnut sauce for the vegetarian options. For all others we have the Salmon & crab mousse tortellini with broccoli & truffle pesto, The Deli classic chicken casserole and the Salmon saltimbocca, prosciutto di Parma, caponata vegetables & creamy saffron sauce making all those meaty dreams come true. Finally, indulge your sweet tooth, with the most delicious Deli banoffee pie and Mud cake, plain and comforting.
