‘The Qureshi Kitchen’ at Hyatt Regency Pune

This monsoon  Chef Nadeem Qureshi brings you authentic flavours passed down through the generations of his family. Hailing from the well-known Qureshi family, he will be showcasing the best of Mughal and North Western Frontier cuisine through his unique style.

Chef Qureshi has learnt the art of cooking from his forefathers where all flavors have been retained in their purest form. ‘The Qureshi Kitchen’ at The Café will present food from the era of the Nawabs of Awadh. Tease your palate with their version of the succulent Kakori Kebab and the Gosht Chilman Biryani or try vegetarian specials like Dhungar Mushroom Ke Galawati, Lauki Ki Nazakat and the Gobhi Mussallam.

Speaking about the event Chef Qureshi said ”It is an honour to get the opportunity to showcase the food of my ancestors to the city of Pune and I really hope that our guests enjoy my creations. We have been presenting some of the these dishes every Wednesday at the “Jashn-e-kebab” evenings at The Café and this platform now allows me to present even more specialties”.
