“As a chef, one of my key aims is to keep my staff inspired and my guests engaged; for that very reason, we brainstorm how to come up with innovative food that does not compromise on the taste factor. In this new menu of flatbreads, we’ve played with global flavours”, says Chef Paul Kinny, Culinary Director of Phoenix Mills.
The Travelling Flatbreads menu comprises equal vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Inspired by Mexican flavors, they have the Nacho Cheese & Crushed Tortilla with tomato salsa and kidney beans. From the land of the hummus is the Baba Ganoush & Hummus flatbread with bocconcini cheese and pickled vegetables. The Truffle Oil & Mushroom flatbread with mushroom ragout and spinach will transport you to the streets of Paris.
The meat lovers can indulge in the Turkish inspired Lamb Kibbeh & Roasted Garlic flatbread with mozzarella cheese, plum tomatoes and red onions or the Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese with capers and plum tomatoes from Norway. The Meat Special flatbread with minced chicken and assorted peppers will surely become your favorite.
