Shizusan is all set to bring in 2018 with an all-new, beautifully designed winter menu featuring seasonal food & cocktails which starts from 22nd December. Highlights include festive favourites like Singaporean Char Kway Teo and Singaporean Char Kway Teow and Black-pepper Crab with chunks of crabs tossed in an addictive pepper sauce; vegetarian Crunchy Avocado Roll, Korean BBQ & Pulled Jack Fruit Bao; and Japanese Crispy Prawns crispy prawns tossed in wasabi mayo & sesame. For all the roll lovers, the Japanese Volcano Roll filled with crab salad, spicy tuna mixture and topped with tobiko is definitely not to be missed!
