Radisson Blu Hotel Kharadi brings a whole new menu with an exciting overall dining experience to its patrons. Nestled on the first floor of the hotel, ‘The Great Kabab Factory’ – A Culinary Legend serving the Nation for 22 years, is now back with an innovatively styled dining room, a refreshed menu from the north-west frontier cuisine emphasizing not only to quality and taste but also adding a visual delight to guests. The restaurant with its warm and rustic lighting and interiors now features a private fine- dining experience. The dinner ambience has seen a transformation of the space’s aura into a more elegant and exciting affair offering limited editions of Serigraph work of Banaras Series by Mr. Manu Parekh – celebrated, Padma Shri award modern artist.

The refurbished restaurant retains its signature “Galouti Kabab” even after adding new gastronomical glee such as “Dill & Orange Marinated Salmon Tikka”, “Coriander, Mint and Fresh Garlic Marinated New Zealand Lamb Chops Flambé”, “Naduru Anjeer Ki Seekh Served with Khichiya Papad Ki Bhujji”, “ Khoya Aur Badam Bharwan Aloo Served with Artichoke Cream” among other delights. And all of this accompanied with lip smacking Chutneys (Mint/Tomato/Tamarind/Peanut) & Yoghurt Roasted Papad Lachha Onion, Lemon Wedges and Green Chili Green Salad Kachumber Salad.

Executive Chef Amol Patil takes an innovative and creative approach to craft the recipes by using a unique blend of global ingredients and techniques with nostalgic flavours and traditions of India. The restaurant now features an irresistible culinary-forward menu that offer guests an approachable, yet modern take on the freshness and availability of the season’s produce which keeps on changing every day.

The restaurant has an open kitchen set-up allowing its patrons to enjoy a live cook-out and experience the mouth-watering aromas, building up one’s appetite and anticipation to a great and exciting meal.
