Conrad Pune is all set to tantalize your taste buds with their latest culinary offering- The ParsiPatru. Starting March 16th – 24th 2018, Zeera- the Indian specialty restaurant will be hosting a specially curated Parsi Thali every evening from 7pm onwards.
For this exclusive promotion,Executive Chef, Pavan Chennam along with UAE based, Pune born Chef Anahita will be curating a special Parsi menu dishing out popular dishes made authentically. Chef- Anahita Gustaspi has previously worked with established brands such as ITC Hotels in India and Fairmont Abu Dhabi globally.
Guests can start their meal with the timeless Raspberry Soda/Rose Sherbat followed by appetizing starters such asMargi naFarcha, KheemanaCutless, Salli par Khurchan, VatenanaCutless, and much more. For the main course, one can gorge on SalliGosht(lamb preparation), SaasKolmi (prawns in special sauce), and Patra ma Flower (a popular dish recreated for vegetarians), JardaloonaStew (apricot stew),the widely loved Berry Pulao,Oash e Brenj (Iranian Lentil and rice stew).
That’s not all, end your meal with traditional Parsi desserts such as Sagan nu SevneMithooDahi(rose flavoured vermicelli), the most loved- Lagan nu Custard(Baked Caramel Custard) and Daarni Pori (a rich and flavoured pastry stuffed with lentils and assorted dry fruits).
