Zeera- the Indian specialty restaurant at Conrad Pune is all set to host a gastronomical feast at the upcoming Kebab and Korma Festival. Patrons can enjoy the best of Awadhi cuisine inspired by royalty every evening from 20th -28th April 2018 at the hotel.
Awadhi Cuisine is traditionally known to use special Mughlai Techniques such as Dum Style of Cooking to prepare rich and flavourful dishes for the royalty in ancient times. The cuisine uses various techniques of using slow cooking and rich ingredients
At the Kebab and Korma Festival, the culinary experts at Conrad Pune will be curating an assortment of succulent kebabs such as Kakori Kebab, Galouti kebabs, Shami kebabs, Boti kebabs and Seekh Kebabs with flavourful chutneys. The festival will also be offering a variety of Korma, traditional Mughlai gravy consisting of vegetables or meat cooked slowly in freshly grounder spices enriched with nuts, cream and butter to form flavourful gravy. Patrons can enjoy the Signature Shahi Korma or Navratan Korma with their choice of Naan and Pulao.
