As a company that has always strived to offer exemplary culinary experiences, Marriott International is proud to bring to their audiences its first-ever mobile food truck in the country – Marriott on Wheels!

Conceptualized and designed to travel across six major cities, the food truck will be present at some of the most popular hubs in Pune on 14th and 15th May 2019. Upon its arrival in Pune an Executive Chef from Fairfield by Marriott will be preparing dishes such as Kosha Mangsho Kathi Roll, Chicken Shawarma Kebab Wrap and Molten Cheese Nachos as part of the locally-inspired special menu which will be served onboard. Courtyard by Marriott Pune Chakan, Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi and Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi are the co-host for this event. Bringing Marriott International Inc.’s philosophy to life, the celebrated chefs and their talented culinary teams aim to create a blissful experience for their patrons in every city.

The menu offer embraces global recipes with local flavours” commented by Athena Salim, General Manager, Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi. Chef Feroz Patel, Head Chef, Fairfield by Marriott Pune Kharadi exclaimed, “It is a fantastic initiative that brings together food and beverage talent of our select brands and gives us an opportunity to offer you tasty food made from local produce”.

Cruising through the cities of Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Lucknow, Madurai and Kochi and Pune, this food truck will cover a distance of 6761kms in 40 days. Through this initiative, Marriott aspires to manifest on the F&B strength of its Select Serve properties – Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield by Marriott, Four Points by Sheraton and Aloft Hotels. Come be part of this incredible culinary journey, which combines diverse cuisines, picturesque settings and stellar standards of hospitality, only with Marriott International Inc.
